It would be great if when you add a task to a job in your tracker, that you could assign due dates and reminders for follow-up and also see all finished and unfinished tasks in one dashboard.

Have a Task list on the Kanban board which shows tasks to be completed for each role. This may need to be a task list in the role, which then shows up on a tasks to be completed with a RAG dashboard

Considering someone wants to switch the job in future and want list of companies to apply to. Then list of companies applied will be benificial.

Also, is there an app for careerflow that I can use? I’m sitting at the hair salon and browsing LinkedIn. It would be great to be able to add jobs via cell.

I need to document details about the company to claim unemployment. Would be so much easier if this could be captured in details of the application somehow.

There are many users from non-US regions. May it be nice if there are some localization features? e.g. Date format with the CV builder and Excel export tool.

each thumbnail is a company, so once you click on it, you can track the jobs board of this company. Also, each company thumbnail instance gets new jobs offers automatically in the board, by scraping the company's website

I am a project manager and an agile product owner. Each of these has many synonyms and many facets. I pulled up a job description where I am a very good match, but because of the exact match nature of this tool, it tells me I am only a 17% match. Looking at the mismatches, it is because I have similar words or concepts in my resume and the tool doesn't recognize that the meaning is the same. Examples- Project Manager, project management, project planning Note- This would be a much smaller issue if the key attributes pulled out of the job description were better. Examples- "Risk Management" is a category of work, not a specific practice or set of practices that someone can reasonably claim proficiency at.

Let us choose the page format for cv and cover letters, A4, letter US, ….
