I'm not sure if there is already a way to do this (if there is, I couldn't figure it out) but is there a way to turn the hyperlinks off in the header (LinkedIn url, email, etc). I'm concern this could cause issues with getting through the ATS. Also, is it possible to add our name and page number at the top of the second page?
