Resume Builder Issue Reports

I purchased a 3-month Premium subscription today, but the AI Assistant in the Resume Builder is still showing the following message: “You've used all your free AI Assistant messages. Upgrade to Premium to continue using this feature.” My Premium subscription is active and paid, so I should have access to the Premium AI Assistant features. I have already tried refreshing the page and restarting the Resume Builder, but the issue persists. This is currently preventing me from using one of the main features I upgraded for. Could you please check my account and restore my Premium AI Assistant access as soon as possible? Thank you

There is no option to input an ACT score

I have used the platform to tailor several CVs based on my original CV. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly found significant mistakes in the generated documents. In several cases, the CV was not properly tailored to the relevant job advertisement. Because the service has not met my expectations, I no longer wish to continue my subscription. I would therefore like to cancel it and request a refund for my most recent payment. Please let me know if you need any additional information and confirm whether my refund can be processed.

Check the line after Education. It has GPA twice which is incorrect. It should have been properly formatted according to the sectional data provided
