Resume Builder Issue Reports

When importing a resume from PDF, the parser placed bullets of descriptions under incorrect jobs, and duplicated job titles. The oldest job was also entirely deleted.

Causes many revisions in design to guess where the page break actually is.

Any changes I make I receive this message.

Skills matching is buggy. Once I am curating my application the system gets confused, shows a lot of skills, then shows a little, then shows a lot again. It feels that it's struggling to match. Once I selected the skills, the tab keeps changing like: 46%, 100%. I know for sure that last week was 100%, now it's showing 46% and 100% intermittently.

Isn't acknowledging keywords throughout the resume

I am having difficulty saving a new targeted resume. This occurs in multiple browsers and I cannot otimize my resumes.

nor waiting for the save process to complete (it never does), nor by clicking the save and exit button

"There was a problem while generating the optimized resume." this error came up when I was trying to optimize my resume. I'm on the premium plan. Tried to take a screenshot and error disappeared too quickly
