Update to Job Description

When copying job description from listing, it is common to copy information / description about the company itself and it's beliefs. The wording is then added as keywords to give really low match scores. HOWEVER, it does not seem possible in any like tool to update the job description and have a reassessment and is requiring to start an entirely new entry/resume build. THIS IS EXHAUSTING!!

Hi Claudia Wright, agreed, we're working on adding the ability to modify the job description once you've added it to the resume builder. We're also improving our skill matching algorithm to simply avoid matching keywords from the company beliefs, etc.
In the meantime, once you add a job, you can directly click "Edit" on the job card (on your boards view), to edit the job description.

Puneet Kohli for the changes to take place, do you have to ensure that there are no resumes aligned to that specific job posting? does this 'edit' have to be done right after import before you assign a resume?

Mark Casey If you do the edit before assigning a resume, the edits will carry over. If you do the edits after assigning the resume ,then you can simply "switch job" to a different job, and then switch it back to refresh the job description
