I have used the platform to tailor several CVs based on my original CV. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly found significant mistakes in the generated documents. In several cases, the CV was not properly tailored to the relevant job advertisement.

Because the service has not met my expectations, I no longer wish to continue my subscription. I would therefore like to cancel it and request a refund for my most recent payment.
