Bullet points in MS Word resume are not properly broken into new lines

All "contribution" lines in my MS Word resume are merged together into one long line. Hence, I can't use resume optimizer, etc.

I’ve been having the same issue with my uploaded PDFs having everything truncated. It’s adding additional work to fix the formatting for every upload.
