Steps to Reproduce - Create resume using Compact Template During Job Application, post resume upload, ? character parsed in ATS screening. Happening only when following two characters are used together - "ti" and "ft" Also can be reproduced by copy pasting the content of the pdf to a word file

formatting is messed up, skills ratings don't work, and the templates are adding and reorganizing incorrectly. Nothing works

When I upload my profile to match with a JD, Careerflow.ai neither does read the profile properly nor fully. I do have a premium subscription.

While Tranferring the jobs from saved jobs -> to -> Applied jobs, I have to wait 8 seconds to transfer jobs. Also chrome tries to kill the tab, that it takes too much memory or something. Can you make this kind of job -> multi threading approach??

"import contacts" is not working. I even attempted uploading the exact "John Doe sample template" that I download from your site and not even this worked. Below is the error message I received when trying upload the exact Excel template file. "company" lookup is not working within the job details workflow.

When exporting in to pdf there is splits in the page so it is leaving a big blank space making a 2 page resume in to 3 pages long.
