As you currently have 5 column features under the job tracker is it possible to add additional columns, such as Closed as rejected does not cover this specific criteria.

I'd like to track which jobs I have found and talked about with contacts on LinkedIn but not yet applied for..

In Job tracker tab, it would be great to have to possibility to add more "step" (column) especially between Applied and inteviewing as many company never answer or just send confirmation email. So to be able to add step manually (that fits the best to our case) would be great.

It would be good to name the titles of columns to suit each users preference. However, if that is hard, we should at least move "Rejected" column before "Offer". In typical case, user will have more rejections than offers. Once there is an offer, the tracker may not be useful anyways.

I'd like the ability to add additional columns in the job tracker. "Interview" isn't as helpful when it's your 5th or 6th interview. Also, I would - in all seriousness - like a "Follow-Up" or even "Ghosted" column. Being able to track when that happens is important.

Custom columns would solve all of that though.

During a job search, candidates might drop out of the process for various reasons such as budget constraints or relocation. It would be beneficial to introduce an additional "dropped" stage between the interviewing stage and the offer stage.

Also adding a sub category "Reason" under "Rejection" and "Dropped" stage can help us to review it in future

Make the columns from the Job Tracker personalizable, or include a Ghosted section in the columns.

Alternatively, give us the ability to define what sections are on our boards. Personally I would separate "Interviewing" out to "Recruiter Screen" > "Manager Screen" > "Technical" > "In-Person".

Is there a way to customize the tracker? I often add jobs I'm reviewing in the tracker and some of those, I decide not to apply on but want to keep them there to remember. It would be helpful to have a "Will not apply" column to side track these jbos.
