Introduce language selector or let users edit sections. The editor is hopeless for other languages.

Puneet Kohli edit section names and date formats. Sections names/date-format are forced to EN-US only so for other regions and languages they're wrong. You can edit the names one-by-one (language selector would solve this) and you CANNOT edit the date format so this remains wrong when you download.
