Suggested to me by a recruiter and how I formatted it myself when created in Word/Google docs.
Use Case: when you are at a company for multiple years you may be promoted and have several roles. The way it is currently formatted a reviewer (who spends 10 sec per resume) might see it as multiple positions and dates so it looks like job hopping instead of career progression.
Suggestion: be able to group multiple jobs under a single company name and show that you were at that company for multiple years, then break out the jobs there underneath.
