Create copy of resume when connecting to a new Job Description.

Create an option to _copy_ a preexisting resume in the system to new Jobs. Currently, it seems that I need to duplicate a resume in the builder first and then connect it to the Job. Ideally, I'd like the option to see _which_ of my resumes in the system are the best natural fit for the jobs I add to lend efficiency to the draft and submit steps of the process.

Hey John Hinds thanks for the feedback. This seems like two separate requests in one, so I'm trying to dissect it a bit.
> "Create an option to _copy_ a preexisting resume in the system to new Jobs."
- You can already do this in multiple ways. If you're on our extension or an open job card, and you click "optimize resume", it will create a copy of the resume with the job attached.
- Alternatively, you can duplicate an existing resume (either from the resume list, resume builder, or "create resume" option) specifically for a job.
If I missed a key piece of this suggestion / request please let me know.
> "Ideally, I'd like the option to see _which_ of my resumes in the system are the best natural fit for the jobs I add to lend efficiency to the draft and submit steps of the process."
- I believe this is interesting and can be done. Would you be willing to elaborate a bit more on the experience you're thinking about here? Would there just be a "recommended resume" once you select a job? Or how / where do you see this in play.
Thank you!

Puneet Kohli clicking "Optimize Resume" does not create a copy. When I make changes after clicking that, the changes go to resume I selected. No new resume is created.
John Hinds
Puneet Kohli I think the "create resume" option should be "Create / Copy Resume" to make that click stream clear.

Puneet Kohli For the best natural fit, I'd like to capture a job and load it to the Job Tracker, then - before selecting a resume - have CareerFlowAI run scores for all available resumes to show the scores.
60% Resume 1 - - - Select (Button)
35% Resume 2 - - - Select (Button)
63% Resume 3 - - - Select (Button)
I'd click Select for Resume 3 in this case because it is the best score.
To limit bandwidth and processing, a step could be added to allow the end user to select resumes and only process on them.
If I am still at this job search in 6 mos (or 12) I'm going to have a resume for every role I apply to in the system and processing scores for 10's / 100's of resumes doesn't make a ton of sense.

John Hinds: Right thats a challenge for us processing wise and for you latency wise.
We could also allow you to mark a few "base" resumes and only match against those to begin with.
