"Selected" would mean that recruiter reached back and is organizing interviews with manager, etc.

Other way is to keep the columns the same, but add this status in the combo while editing the job application. If it's in "Selected", then have some sort of a flag on the card while in "Applied" state..

Third option, I could use a tag, but then make sure that all tags are shown colored on the card... (this might be the easiest)
